Exchange Policy
We want you to love what arrives. If the size isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
7-day size exchange
Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.
How it works
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the size you need.
- We arrange the courier pickup or share the return address.
- Your new size ships as soon as the piece reaches us.
The fine print
- Custom-stitched pieces are made to your measurements, so they can’t be exchanged for a different size — but if we’ve made a stitching error, we’ll fix or remake it free.
- Scarves and sale items are exchangeable only if they arrive damaged.
- If we sent the wrong or a faulty item, every cost is on us — including delivery.
- Return delivery for a size change is Rs. 250, paid with your exchanged order.
